If your equipment can be reused, we will carry out a financial assessment and buy the equipment at the best price for your benefit. This way, we optimize your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the equipment, and at the same time, the environmental effects of your phase-out are minimized considerably.

We buy and sell hardware globally and can offer day-to-day delivery throughout Europe. Before leaving our warehouse, all products are tested and come with 12 months warranty. This is your guarantee for receiving a product that meets all of your expectations.

Sell your used hardware

Selling your disused hardware is not only a responsible solution to dispose of the equipment that you are shutting down, but also an opportunity to contribute to greener IT industry.

The process is very simple: Submit a query with a brief description and a list of the equipment you want to sell. If your equipment can be reused, we will carry out a financial assessment and buy the equipment at the best price for your benefit.  The price offered is based on the information provided at the time of valuation, and the equipment is assessed based on market value, condition, age and model.

Our team will take care of the transportation of the equipment and we ensure that all sensitive data stored is permanently deleted following the rules in force, including the NIST SP 800-88 standard.

Secure data deletion

The cornerstone of the recycling process is data deletion. Klein Nordic can provide fully certified data deletion that meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In the context of data deletion and GDPR compliance, reporting is an important process. The process is based on the guidelines in the Executive Order on Security Measures for the Protection of Personal Data Processing for Public Administration, the Data Protection Supervisor's Guide thereto and the NIST SP 800-88 standard.
